Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Retaining Fee

To secure your consultancy engagement, a non-refundable retaining fee is required at the time of booking. This fee covers the initial administrative costs, preliminary practice review, and the reservation of consultancy dates.

  • Credit Toward Services: The full value of the retaining fee will be deducted from your final project invoice upon completion of the services.

2. Cancellation by the Client

We understand that the demands of a dental practice can be unpredictable. However, as our consultancy sessions are prepared well in advance, the following terms apply to cancellations:

  • More than 14 days’ notice: You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost. If you choose to cancel entirely, the retaining fee remains non-refundable.

  • 7 to 14 days’ notice: 50% of the remaining project balance (excluding the retaining fee) will be waived, but the client remains liable for the other 50%.

  • Less than 7 days’ notice: The full project fee is due and payable, as this time has been specifically allocated to your practice and cannot be rebooked at short notice.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice. While we will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred dates, rescheduling is subject to Locque Consultancy’s availability.

4. Professional Commitment

Locque Consultancy provides tailored management strategies based on 40 years of industry expertise. Because our service is the delivery of professional time and intellectual property, refunds are not issued once the consultancy process has commenced or following the delivery of strategic plans.

5. Cancellation by Locque Consultancy

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a choice of a full refund of the retaining fee or a priority rescheduled date.
