2. No Professional-Client Relationship

Initial "exploratory discussions" or the submission of an online form do not constitute a formal consultant-client contract. A professional relationship is only established once a formal service agreement is signed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

To achieve optimal results, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding your practice goals, team dynamics, and operational challenges.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and strategies provided by Locque Consultancy are protected by intellectual property laws. These materials are for your practice's internal use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or shared with third parties without express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Locque Consultancy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from the application of our advice. We provide management guidance, not legal, accounting, or medical advice. You should consult with the appropriate licensed professionals for such matters.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary business information shared during the course of the consulting engagement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
